Exchanges and returns are accepted on items received in their original condition (unworn, unused and unaltered) within 30 days of receiving the item.

For returns we offer a full store credit or a refund minus a ___ restocking fee. We ask that you return the jewellery in the same packing it arrived in to avoid any damage on the return journey.

Items that have been purchased on sale or on promotion cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. We cannot accept returns of personalised or customised orders.

When the returned item is received, we will issue a store credit or refund  (minus the $__ return fee) within two business days. The processing time for the amount to be reflected in your account will vary by bank (approx. 3 -10 business days).
